Oliwier & Co. LLC, which operates The Graced Circle, ships to customers within the United States. All orders are subject to the shipping terms below. In this policy, "we," "our," and "us" refer to Oliwier & Co. LLC.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. Processing time is separate from delivery time; the estimated delivery windows below begin from the date your order ships, not the date the order is placed.

Every order qualifies for free standard shipping regardless of order value. No minimum purchase is required.

Total Estimated Time
Your total time to receive an order is the processing time plus the delivery time. For most orders, this means approximately 8 to 17 business days from the date your order is placed to the date it arrives. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as transit times may be affected by carrier conditions, weather, and public holidays.

US Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping coverage and will update this policy if new destinations are added.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow a short period after shipment for tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy
An accurate and complete shipping address is required. We are not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@thegracedcirclestore.com; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us at contact@thegracedcirclestore.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation
Carrier delivery confirmation shall be deemed conclusive proof of delivery to the address provided by you, even without a signature.
